Purposes
To handle your registration or visit request, to contact you, to check the consistency of your file, and to meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis
Your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, as well as compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Retention
Data linked to a request is kept for the time needed to process it. In the event of a contractual relationship, it is kept for the duration of the agreement, then ten (10) years for accounting and evidentiary purposes.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them: privacy@spacehub.lu. You may lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).
